    That’s odd. Try a different browser or contact 9tut’s support via email. Could be 9tut’s site is having issues but I’ve been on it all morning reviewing for my exam later and so far no issues at all. Best of luck to ya…

    August 27th, 2016

    Passes ICND-2 today with a 947/1000 (finished in 30 mins)
    Every single question was from a android app (Cisco ICND 200-101) by mhazzm
    The app has 100 questions. (worth the purchase)
    Except for the Frame relay SIM. It was easy also, just a couple of main show commands.
    When you can get to the point of answering the questions without reading them then you are ready.
    This exam expires on Sept 24th

    I took the test this week. 9XX/1000 (passing is 825)

    I had the “Dubai” sim word for word, but it was labeled as Amsterdam instead. I had to type in “enable” before I could use the show frame-relay map and show running-config commands. The other “sim” I had was just bs, all you had to do was look at the topology (Hello sent every 10 seconds, how many addresses are learned by OSPF, router will use the 192.168.0.1) – both sims were word for word besides Dubai vs Amsterdam naming.

    The drag and drops were the 7×4 “SVC, PVC, DTE, DCE” etc. one, and the other was the “PSLH” or answers poison reverse, LSA, holddown timer, etc.

    I had one or two new questions but they were on the NADA dump. Not really worth studying since you don’t want a perfect 1000/1000 anyway. One of the questions on 9tut is a single choice but instead on the test it was multiple choice. The question answers I selected were “D. The switch can send an SNMP message to the network management station” and “A host with a mac address of 0000.1111.1111 and one other host can connect to

    FastEthernet 0/4 simultaneously”, but in 9tut it has you just choose the 0000.1111 answer.

    Just study the 9tut .pdf or make it into a .vce and then use the Nada120q .vce or .pdf for the explanation on the sims. Only the Amsterdam/Dubai one required 3 commands: “enable”, “show frame-relay map”, and then “show-running config”

    You’re welcome.

    @KB

    Nice one Bro, Thanks for taking the time out for the Heads up.

    Could I ask , Did you get the OSPF Hotspot sim as well??
    Or was it only Frame Relay for you?

    Was there many q’s on HSRP VRRP GLBP?

    Congrats on ur pass and thanks once again.

  31. quk

    It looks very much like @KB got Frame Relay sim and OSPF hotspot, yes!

    @KB – cosigning everybody else here, thanks for the nice runthrough

  33. KB
    August 29th, 2016

    @quk
    I had 47. I believe the Sim counts as 1 although it was 4 questions.
    I did, I got the Frame-Relay sim and the Hotspot. One of them (the “Dubai” one) you just have to type in “Enable”, then type in “show running-config” and then type “show frame-relay map”. It will show you all the info you’ll need, and you get maximum points on the Sim for utilizing the terminal. You should be able to find the info for all the answers from the output of those commands.

    @RJ
    I never studied the Nada – I had looked at it briefly at one point that’s how I know there were a question or two from it. I suggest using the 9tut .pdf posted on here, it’s a few pages back I think from 9tut himself. I converted that to a .vce and it worked great. Seriously, maybe 1-2 questions were on there that weren’t from 9tut – not a big deal. Study the 9tut alone and you’ll pass.

    @JellyBrain
    I did, I got the OSPF Hotspot and the Frame Relay. One was the Dubai thing where you use the console to remote in and type in the commands and view the output. The other was just looking at the topology and answering 4 multiple choice questions. It was really easy and neither required configuration. Just remember those 3 commands and how to find the information in the terminal/console. Only one is a real simulation by any means, the other one you literally just look at the topology or picture and answer the questions lol.

    I don’t recall how many questions there were on HSRP VRRP GLBP – I couldn’t tell you confidently. Thanks for the congrats! I take CCNA Security in a few days and I’ve built a dump for it already.

    @NeezDutz
    thanks bro! felt like people needed some solid info. I remembered as much as possible on purpose

    Sorry what is Nada sim and Dubai sim? Where can I find it? Exams Ina few days and seeing this has got me sweating a bit

  35. KB
    August 29th, 2016

    @Anon

    Nada is not a sim. There’s a dump out there for ICND2 that is labeled as Nada 120q. The sims are Dubai (frame relay) where you have to type in the 2-3 commands and the OSPF hotspot (just look at the topology and answer 4 questions)

    August 29th, 2016

    @KB – Good work mate – Good to see you helping people with questions – God Bles you!

    I see you referring to 9tut .pdf – what’s is that one?
    I am only preparing for ICND 2, after completing CBT nuggets, I did all practice on this 9tut staff (For ICND2 candidates) – including all topic Q’s and all the composite Q’s.

    Is this enough to go for my exam tomorrow or do I need to prepare for anything else? Cheers mate.

  37. KB
    August 29th, 2016

    @Harry,

    9tut had posted a big .pdf copy of the questions/answers on the site. It included questions from Part 1 and Part 2. It is everything from this site put into .pdf. I split it in half with Adobe Acrobat and then formed it into a .vce through a website. I didn’t really touch the Nada .vce or anything else.

    All you need to study is the 9tut stuff. You’re gonna be fine.

  38. Harry
    August 29th, 2016

    @KB – All good – thanks for taking your time to answer my Q. Cheers.

    August 29th, 2016

    @Harry

    Just remember, the D&D I got was the 7×4 one with the DTE, DCE, SVC, PVC, etc. and the PLSH/4×4 – the 7×4 is on the NADA I think but not in the 9tut.

    Put that 9tut .pdf into a .pdf into VCE, master those questions, then learn the “EIGRP/OSPF” D&D, the 7×4 one, and the 4×4 PLSH one. Don’t stress trying to learn 20 D&D’s, I didn’t bother. I studied the two, and definitely missed the one, scored 9XX. I believe the NADA has better explanations on the sims also but let me know if you want to know more about it.

    9tut .pdf = for questions, and some of the D&D’s
    NADA .vce = for SIM explanations, and 1-2 of the D&D’s

    You are also welcome to cross reference the .pdf with the NADA .vce, I am not sure how similar they are. I think the Nada just has more questions. Just know you should get the OSPF Hotspot and the Frame Relay sims, probably two DnD’s, ~47 questions.

    Below reply I got from Cisco Community moderator.

    , Sorry about your failed exam attempt. The 200-120 CCNA (v2.0) and 100-101 ICND1 (v2.0) were retired on Aug 20, 2016. However, the 200-101 ICND2 v2.0 exam is still available for testing until Sep 24, 2016, so candidates can still mix/match the v2.0 and v3.0 exams. To achieve the CCNA R&S Certification, you will need to complete the one of the following options: Option 1: Pass the 200-125 CCNA v3.0 OR Option 2: Pass 100-105 ICND1 v3.0 AND 200-105 ICND2 v3.0 (Note: If you prefer, you can pass ICND2 v2.0 instead of ICND2 v3.0) We also recommend taking a look at the following blog post to learn more about the difference between v2.0 and v3.0 topics https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/blogs/community_cafe/2016/05/17/ccna-refresh CCNA Routing and Switching Refresh Good luck to you! 96. JellyBrain
    September 6th, 2016

    @jack I only had 2 sims, OSPF Hotspot 4 qs Very easy, just go thru it on TUT.
    Frame Relay Sim, 2 show commands
    1) Show frame-relay map
    2) Show running-config

    With these 2 commands you can answer any Q, easy.

    I did NOT get EIGRP sim , but revise it in case you get it.

    Watch out as names have been changed as well as Config.
    On the q with 1) Which one is using Default Encapsulation it was actually not Mid-east but another.

    Dubai was named Barcelona.

    Very easy 47 Q’s , couple of Drags and drops – Poisoned route and hold-down timer (revise that one), Also the one with OSPF and EIGRP- (Eigrp cost 90) etc ….

    If you understand the concepts they cant trip you up.

    Passed with 9XX , really pleased.

    Thanks to all the Guys and Gals who helped me and 9tut. Great work Bro

    Peace.
