I did mistake, take exam before read ICND2.pdf more than 90% of questions were in exam, I failed to really close score, anyway, I, the exam in the next week I’ll pass this time

Had the ICND2 exam today. Passed with 951/1000, 90% of the questions were similar to what we read here. The Labsims were the same, but different answers.

Can you still take the 200-105 and are these questions valid? The 200-125 on pl has 929 questions.

I think I figured it out. The 200-105 is if you take ICND 1 & 2 in two test as opposed to taking one test that covers ICND 1 & 2 (200-125).

I passed 200-105, all questions are in ICND2, if you study ICND2.pdf, don’t worry at all, my only advice about Simlab, make sure you know few comments, link sh IP eigrp, ospf, protocol, interface and run config also(all topology is same in here)
my experience looked at answers in Simlab then go search see which is true

1 SimLab definitely will be OSPF and 1 EIGRP, you can find topology in 9tut, I had this exam 2 times, topology never changed, just questions are different, sometimes 2 SimLab and some time 4 dependent to your chance, but make sure you have enough time for SimLab, mine was in 2 last quastions

So thanks god, i passed it yesterday so here is my review,
first : i noticed that alot of scam people are here and they just advertise to their website and whatsgrroup groups so please becarful
i only used adjusted file ICND2, how to get it, please go through the links before and you will find it, so dont panic your self with alot of files, trust me all questions from that file, you may need to correct some 2 or 3 questions that all,
there are NO new questions at all, the only questions havent seen it in the pdf, is really easy , they give you 4 switches, with mac addresses and you have to pick the root bridge ,
all other questions,exactly same from the ICND2 adjusted file
ok here is the main point
study only the 3 SIMs GRE,OSPF,EIGRP, you only gonna need show run conf command,
OSPF and EIGRP questions are very easy, if you were able to study the SIM here in 9out then i gurntee you will figure out the answer very quickly,
some questions have different configuration , dont panic, its easy you will see for example, route to R5 has 2 different way, so its was load balancing from Ra to R5, plus you will see the mismatch area very clear, so trust me its easy
GRE was the hardest, and its tricky,its was multilink GRE, try to study the PPP configuration with GRE and you will figure that very easy, its the same topology thou
las tthing last, if you study the pdf adjusted file and if you got like 2 or 3 qrong answer from the sim you will pass no matter what,
just prepare your self within 3 days by studying the adjusted file and go get this done.

@ahmed: no drag and drop question, no frame relay, man just study the ICND2 pdf file and you will be fine,
@chees: all questions are exactly same, if you moemorize everythings you should be fine
for SIMs, i just went to SIM tab here in 9out ,and reviewed all answer and troubleshooting,, hint again dont panic, all you need to do is show run command, just type show then tab key,
for example, problem between R1 and R5, first open R1 , then R2, make sure alll interfaces are up then next step show run command, and compare 2 link connected to the two routers, but sims are exactly same, but they just change some configurations by adding K weight value,
,last thing, if you already study just get ready within 2 days then go to exm, dont wait too long untill you forget the answer, just book your exam, and study the icnd2 3 or 4 times and that it
they way i stuy istakwing question from 1- 50 very quick then i repeat it again, then i take from 150 to 200 then i repeated it again, untill i finish all of them, then i do last review
for all questions togther
so 3 days should be enough

How can you disable DTP on a switch port?
For this question, I personally looked through forums over and over and came to the conclusion using GNS3 that when you configure a port ‘switchport mode access’ that it will stop sending out DTP frames, I tested this and confirmed that no DTP frames were being sent out after I configured a port like this. I would choose ‘configure port as switchport mode access’ Please confirm if I’m wrong.

This is another question I concluded as APIC, I read a forum or article on cisco.com I believe pertaining to this and it said that the APIC was a centralized management blah, blah, blah, so thats the answer I’m going with.

This is another ambiguous BS question. I am going to go with the APIC-EM answer, because although 9tut says that WLAN controller is a platform. I cannot find any literature talking about this and APIC-EM specifically dealing with ACL administration. Again, please correct me if I’m wrong!

This is an answer I came to looking at the logic of the question. I think that the native vlan answer is wrong because you can change the native vlan, but DTP will ALWAYS traverse VLAN 1.

This is an ambiguous question. I believe the answer to be A and E. Because it is software automation to make configuration a lot more automated. I think that D is correct too, but that A and E are more correct. APIC-EM encompasses router, switch, firewall, and wireless device configuration.

Again, I think this question is both B and E. It sends pings to certain devices to determine its latency AFAIK. I think B is the most correct though.

Answer is D, look at a configuration on

int g0/0 in a switch in GNS3:

TOS/TAS/TNS: ACCESS/AUTO/ACCESS

This is the default configuration and TAS means ‘Trunk Adminstrative Status’ which says AUTO so I am going with that answer!

Alhamdulillah pass CCNA/ICND2 with marks 1000/8** . Icnd2pdf not enough to passed i received many new questions and LAB were same topology but different answers . Lab were GRE,OSPF,EIGRP .

Some questions on ICND2.pdf are wrong. Please google answers to obvious ones that has ???? as a comment on the answer list. Lab sims are same as 9tut but the answers to it are different. Know your show running-conf command and where to look. Either that its pretty easy and straight forward. Just study and make sure you practice labs by hand.

failed 801/811 most of the question were from icdn2.pdf, maybe 3-4 new one
Laps were too easy if you know your show commands
studies just for the weekend and that is why i didn’t pass,

now I’m going throught the icdn2.pdf, there are realy a lot of qustions on test from there I all answer correctly, probibly not correct in the file
and some questions are the sam but they changed the answers or added something.

there is one question that I specificly remebered, it was like
a picture two host connected to the switch and switch to router. like ruter on the stick,and not one command, hint nothing

and the question was, what is the usual problem why these two host are not communicating

1. subnet mask wrong at host a
2. ip and subnet wrong at host b
3. ip address on host A is brodcast address
4. ip addres on host B is ????? adress /dont remember/

I just passed ICND2 today with score 871/1000, pretty close to being failed apparently
i saw 3-4 new questions mostly about HSRP and the rest you can find it on icnd2PDF.pdf.
for the labs its just like on the 9tut but with different answer, make sure u really understand the concept, its really not that hard.

Does any one know if the ICND2PDF answers are all correct. Don’t want to mess up because of that.

Passed ICND2 with an 891.
Every question was on the ICND2.pdf besides maybe 1-2 new HSRP questions (something about pre-empting and default priority).
3 lab sims as well (GRE/OSPF/EIGRP). Make sure you know about the GRE sim concepts specifically as IP addressing changes and even knowing the sim answers it still gave me a headache.
