I recently paid or a subscription to the ICND1 and ICND2 website, I actually paid twice because I thought it didn’t take from my paypal/checking account. Both say paid, and I’ve tried the logging in and out and now am stuck because it won’t let me get to any info, quizzes. I’m also a member of your CCNA site with no problems.

Why is it all the comments are related to subscribers that have paid but dont have appear to have access to the content they paid for… Makes you question paying for a service that doesnt pay back..
Any truth to this and if so, why does it re-occur so much.

HELLO!!!??? I am still locked out….any idea when you might get around to unlocking my PAID account? I am ready for the test, OK, but I wanted to use the questions as a final test prep… Doesn’t look like that’s going to happen..Word of advice to everyone…Don’t bank on 9TUT at all.

I paid the membership fee of 9tut.net, but still am unable to see the materials, it’s suggesting logging out and then login which I already did, could you please check I have an exam tomorrow.
You guys just need to go to your profile and save changes – then log out and log back in. Could be something to do with a session/multiplexing issue.

I was really looking forward to using this 9tut site. I paid for a subscription and I was able to access the material, which looked promising, until the next day that I logged in, it showed my account had expired. I had just purchased subscription a day before. I tried emailing them at support@9tut.net and have not received a reply. Way to go.
