Did the test today and got 801, most of the questions are the same as here. Got OSPF,EIGRP and GRE SIM with different questions and answers though.

maybe this question has been asked…where do i get the questions, logged on as premium member.

@Vlad, that is exactly the answers that I chose, just need to be sure if that is where I was short with my answers.

@Worried Guy… for your Question 3… Since one of the ICND2 topics is “4.5 Verify ACLs using the APIC-EM Path Trace ACL analysis tool” I would choose APIC-EM.. 🙂

Switchport mode commands that turn off DTP
The DTP negotiation goes off in these situations:
1- switchport nonegotiate
2- Switchport mode access
3- Switchport mode dot1q-tunnel

From that, I would choose option D

Worried Guy, i have the exam in two weeks. this exam is kind of tricky.

So,i took my ICND1 today.Failed by about a difference of 130 marks.Sims given here are enough to get them all correct in exam.Just understand the concepts.Sims are almost the same and MCQ’s are somewhat similar to one’s given here on 9tut.A drag and drop on CABLES was there too.

Someone had mentioned in the EIGRP lab comments section that there was a multi link lab that they were screwed on. Does anyone know about this lab or have seen it on their tests?

@Johnny. Nah man, I passed the test very recently and wanted to confirm that there was no frame relay questions. Also, ICND2 PDF is legit but Im hard pressed to say that it alone will get you a pass. I had to take the test more than once and the I didnt use 9tut at first so I knew the material pretty well and failed by a close margin. Im saying this because the ICND pdf is what got me over that hump.

Anyone have SY0-401 Security+ dump by chance? Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous , so you are saying ICND2.pdf is still valid? But what about the sim? The configuration is changed in real exam as given(sim with answer) in 9tut and answer is different, right?

Passed my ICND2 exam today got 910 after a re-seat
9tut materials was enough for me to pass the exam.

Worried Guy: when you say 9tut material , you mean the Q/A under 200-105 tab on the right and the Q/A under the Welcome premium member tab?

Hi,,,i passed my ICND2 today…9tut questions were about 37 out of 47 questions… the other 10 questions were in PDF… and the 3 sims were same as here. GRE OSPF and EIGRP… config is diff but questions are same… know ur commands and u will be good…
my advice and i only passed on 2nd try…
study sims here…. easy marks if u know ur commands….
study all questions on 9tut and PDF….alot of questions overlap….so its not as daunting as u think….

I am a premium member and I didn’t see a PDF2, could somebody point me in the right direction. Going to be retaking test soon.

I had the exact same sims and questions on my test. Also, I would say that probably 75% of the questions on the icnd2pdf were on my test. Memorize some SHOW commands for the sims and you should be able to pass. Just know what to look for when you do SHOW commands, Like different OSPF automomous numbers between two routers and such. Or are the default Hello timers the same or different. Real easy stuff.

Wouldn’t the answer be D? Because when you ‘show int’ it says trunking mode: off, but 9tut says answer is A, but that is only part of the answer. Can anyone clarify, please and thank you!

Just took ICND 2 exam yesterday. Hit 750’s. Failed. New questions, though I didn’t get any sims except hot spot questions.

@sun None of the icnd2.pdf questions showed up?

@Tim – I made a mistake. About 60 maybe 70% of the .pdf questions showed up. Some are worded differently and are in different slots, e.g. Answer C will be in Answer D’s spot while D is in C’s spot, so basically the answers are randomized and not in the same arrangement as the .PDF. Also, I made the mistake of not visiting this site before taking my test as I was not aware the LabSim questions are different. I thought they were hotspot questions,but i guess they are labs, but they were multiple choice with sh run, show ip int brief, and show ospf neigh commands. No actual labs as in assigning IP addresses or setting network commands, just basically running show commands and looking for the answers. Again, I was not made aware the answers are the same answers seen on labs but different choices, E.G. LabSim 1’s answer might be A on the .pdf, but is in actuality B if actually taking the time to go through show commands. I basically rushed through it and memorized the dump without stopping to take time and reading the lab answers and reading the show running-config outputs from the labs. Therefore, I assumed answer was the same as the .pdf, it wasn’t. All in all, some questions were new, maybe 4 or 5. One question that stood out, which I maybe wrong in typing was, what two terms combine to elect the root ID, it had PVST+ and bridge ID in the question, again I feel like I am butchering the new question with my goldfish memory.

Passed today. 51 questions with OSPF, GRE, EIGRP SIMs. Everything on this site along with icnd2pdf will have you good to go. As others have stated, don’t just memorize the answers for SIMs as they are completely different. I don’t recall seeing any new questions.
