Guys, I need to tell you how it is. I failed my ICDN2 today, test was completely different!!! yes completely DIFFERENT than questions here. I am not sure why there where some questions that totally thru me off MPLS and VPN’ns and such.
9tut.net it seems like cisco already testing people by the new version and you guys still have an old version, please speak up to this.
I knew cisco will change the version on September to v0.3 so I thought I am safe to take exam, but no again question were totally different, I mean I had some question from the ones you here but very few.
So, when I see recent comment from other people here I don’t know even if this is a legit comments.

Well, here the deal. Please read this and be carefull:
old ICDN1 100-101 and new one ICDN1 100-105 old exam end date August, 20 2016
old ICDN2 200-105 and new one ICDN2 200-105 old exam end date September 24 2016
old CCNA R&S 200-125 new one CCNA 200-120 old exam end date August, 20 2016
Obviously I was taking new exam when I was ready for an old exam. So, be aware and don’t make same mistake.

  23. Confused
    July 7th, 2016

So what labs are on 200-101 then? I thought it was just EIGRP, Frame Relay, and OSPF Hotspot? Is that other OSPF sim with the config about Boston really on the exam as well?

  24. Confused
    July 8th, 2016

@jick Yes, I know about that lab, but where are the questions for it? I think that is just a configuration lab from a prior version of ICND2. I pretty sure from reading past responses, the only sims/labs on 200-101 are EIGRP, Frame-Relay, and OSPF Hotspot. Someone confirm this?

I have my CCNA ICND2 (200-101) in about 2 hours. Wish me luck! I have been doing this for a long time, this is just a re-certification. I have read Todd Lammle’s book and paid the $9 for 9tut.net’s study material. I feel rather confident. I’ll let you know what the outcome is later today! Thanks!

    Hi Guys,

What commands are needed for the sims in the exam? Thanks!!

  42. RebelV
    July 12th, 2016

    ICND2 Passed today with 960/1000.
Most of the question are from here, but still pay attention some are different.
I got OSPF Hotspot and Frame Relay sim (no EIGRP or OSPF sims).
Got also few Drag and Drop.
I think I got like 4 or 5 questions that were nor here but nothing crazy.
I can only say what have been said so many times. This site is very useful but do not memorize, try to understand the concept behind sims and questions.

  43. Wondering
    July 12th, 2016

Were the sims just different or the multiple choice questions as well? If the multiple choice questions changed, by how much?

  44. RebelV
    July 12th, 2016

Multiple choice question were the same from what I remember just that few of them were new.
Sims are slightly different. Different networks and DLCI for Frame-Relay.
Also answers were different. If you understand the sims and not just memorize you will be ok.

  45. Wondering
    July 12th, 2016

    @RebelV
Ok, thanks! One more question. Did the OSPF Hotpot question change, or was it word for word? Sorry for asking all of these questions lol.

  46. RebelV
    July 12th, 2016

    OSPF Hotspot was the same.

  47. TechnicalCrunch
    July 12th, 2016

ICND2 passed today as well. 973/1000. I rather sure the one I missed was the same one that I kept second guessing myself on when I took the 9tut practice ones.

Everything on the test (200-101) was the same as what is on the 9tut.net site. Almost exactly the same on some questions with some exceptions like IP address changes, and frame-relay DLCI mapping IDs. I got the OSPF hotspot simlet, Frame-relay sim, but I didn’t get the EIGRP sim.

There were a couple questions that were not on the 9tut site that are actually on page 20 of these comments. Just read them over, but if you know the material it will be very simple multiple choice, and multiple answer questions.

Just know your material guys/girls. Though studying the material on here could be sufficient to pass the test, however you won’t learn anything if you don’t know what it all means. Just answers will not help you in the real word so learn the material as well. Good luck! Also, if you’re looking for a good study book on the material I can’t recommend Todd Lammle’s books enough! They’re great.

A few questions about ICND2 sims. I had OSPF neighbour sim in ICND1 exam (along with the Show and Security sims).
So is it possible I could still get OSPF, EIGRP and Frame Relay sims for ICND2 exam?
and do VTP config and NAT sims still get tested for ICND2, as no-one seems to be mentioning these anymore?

Seriously, how much help do some of you people need. Everything you need to pass the exam is here on these pages or provided in dumps as above. Read ALL the questions or even do a bit of studying and then use your own brain to decide what you should know for the exam. @Confused Tony! Everything you need to study for your ICND1 and 2 is right here on this site. Just pay 9 bucks and you will have you have access to all that you need. Don’t be cheap. Yes… The questions that are on the actual exams are on this site. Don’t just rely on this site and memorize questions and answers. Study the material, know the material and understand it. Otherwise you will not know what the questions are asking nor the reason for the answers and you will fail. Do the work and earn it….

@new guy. Well if you payed for the site, you will be fine. You don’t need other dumps if you actually go thru this site, read all the topics to know the material and take all the practice quizzes. Also do the lab sims as well. There are questions that you could get on the exam that are not on this site and that’s where you need to know this stuff if you want to pass. Stop asking for dumps and just freakin study…. I might as well add that if you read thru the posts, you will find that some people are nice enough to post links to dumps they used to supplement their studies. Good luck… You will need it.

Guys , can I find entry level with CCNA if I don’t have experience

  87. Michael
    July 24th, 2016

It’s going to be extremely hard… Not impossible but companies don’t want to train people, they want you to know so much not just routing and switching but also firewalls, dis, server, trouble shooting , scripting etc. in my opinion if you already in it,do what you have to do to get into networking within. If that means talking to your vp or whoever to make it happen. Good luck

  88. KikBoxR
    July 24th, 2016

I agree with Michael. it is more difficult to find a job with no experience. You have a good foundation with your CCNA and the experience will come with time as long as you show interest and prove yourself. You will more than likely start from the bottom and work your way up. I’ve been a network engineer for over 10 years doing routing, switching, and wireless LAN controllers. I am just now learning firewalls and working on getting my CCNA as I am preparing to take the ICND2 exam in a month. My advice, continue to learn and keep learning, spend as much time as possible doing lab rather its using packet tracer, GNS3 or real live equipment. (I personally like real live equipment but if funds are not in the budget, I recommend packet tracer.) Good luck to you and wish you the best.

  89. michael
    July 24th, 2016

i have a lab setup at work, 2 routers and 3 switches and honestly i don’t even bother cause packet tracer you can literately do everything you can with live equipment.

  90. KikBoxR

    July 25th, 2016

@Confused tony, do you not think it is better to work and learn something yourself so you know what you are doing or have someone spoon feed you and then you end not really having a clue in the real world? Once you understand what I am saying, you will do well. It wasn’t meant as a personal attack on you. Just fed up of the flipping idiots asking to send them dumps and where are the answers, etc., etc

  92. Anonymous
    July 25th, 2016

I agree, coming on here and asking for the answers is like going into McDonalds and asking if they know anyone who sells burgers. Open your eyes, use your brain, read everything on this site and pay your $9. This site rocks. Disclaimer, there are plenty of reading materials out there and free you tube videos on every Cisco subject. Use it all, learn and pass your CCNA, its that simple
